Design of new HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering systems for the warehouse and upgraded existing HVAC and fire protections system to suit new office space floor plan layout. Design included a new hot water boiler and heating piping distribution system for the office space and new radiant heaters in the warehouse space and all associated controls

Renovations of a 55,000 sq. ft warehouse space including 6,000 square feet of office space.
