Morristown, NJ – Design and construction administration for the replacement of a boiler plant in the Medical Services Building. The work consisted of the demolition of one existing steam boiler, associated equipment; all steam piping and controls, and the removal of asbestos from the boiler. The new design included two high efficiency modular boilers. And a complete replacement of the steam system to a heating hot water system.
